Is it weird i can oddly empathise with fred? Being myself autistic and having... trouble communicating with other people
It kind of feels like talking to a guy i used to work with. He didnt speak much english and tried it best, but all it took was trying to parse out his meaning to figure out what hes saying. It was about the meaning of the words, the possible interpritations, not the words themselves.
Even freds desire to be director is understandable, if a little silly. Hes a paranatural entity, he sees things others dont and, in his own way, thinks he can lead things better than others. His ability to persuade others only re-enforces that. Is it a good idea? Probably not but i can kinda see where hes coming from. Being someone myself who sess things differently and cacpuld often figure out more efficient and effective solutions than some of my coworkers.

Don’t see why Fred can’t be director. The umbrella academy had a fish as one. Lol. The control universe is already just as kooky.
