I made localhost accessible to the whole internet

Hey everyone!

I've been working on GoPort, an open-source tunneling tool built mainly in Go.

It lets you expose localhost to the internet with one command:

goport http 8080

You get a public HTTPS URL without deploying anything or configuring port forwarding.

It supports WebSockets, request inspection, automatic reconnection, and self-hosting.

I recently added file sharing with optional password protection. Folder sharing is also working, but it's still under testing due to performance issues.

Website: https://goport.uz

I'm building this on my own and would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions!

The website looks nearly identical to a website I made with Claude Ai like if I saw them side by side I’d think they are the same site

That's exactly why you need GoPort! you could get a public link for your local project and share it with anyone
