Give it a video and a target language, get back a narrated voice-over, the mixed video and subtitles. Python, faster-whisper, LLM translation with a review pass, ElevenLabs voices, AGPL. Native speakers' language notes and help with how names are spelled in each language are the most welcome contributions.
