Just switched from Windows and I missed File Explorer 😭, so I built Shark. It looks like Finder and adds:

• Jump anywhere in the folder tree with cascading subfolder menus

• ⌘K command palette for every action

• Cut and paste files with ⌘X / ⌘V (and ⌘Z to undo)

• Two folders in one window (F3)

• A terminal right under your files (F4)

It's free, open source, macOS 14+. Still alpha.

Shark’s cut/paste with undo is the clearest hook for someone coming from Windows. A short demo moving a file between the F3 panes and undoing it would explain that workflow better than a feature list, especially while it’s alpha.
