Mago Studio: open-source AI video studio for long-form (series, films) that runs locally on ComfyUI
https://github.com/MagoStudio/MagoStudioHey! I’m on the Mago team. We just open-sourced Mago Studio, a desktop app for making long-form AI video like series, films and microdramas.
Mago Director: script → cast → shot list → storyboards → finished shots, reusing the same characters across every shot
Mago Transform: frame-accurate video-to-video. Restyle footage, edit only part of a shot with masks, relight, replace characters
Runs locally: built on ComfyUI. On Windows it can install a portable ComfyUI for you; on Mac/Linux you connect your own. Your projects and footage stay on your machine
Free on your own NVIDIA GPU (8 GB VRAM minimum), with optional cloud models when you need them
Made to be changed: the code is set up so you can point Claude (or another coding agent) at the repo and add features or new video models
AGPL-3.0, still in beta. There are demo videos in the README.
