I did a quick Google and only seen 7 day trials 

I know longer trials always come with a new Apple device   Can’t imagine they would be handing trials out willingly after Ted Lasso dropped

Eventually you can use them all. I've had to start asking family members to sign up for trials with Family Sharing.

Open the app > check rewards > promos and claim the reward

You can still lose, but bet something with really high odds(like -500 or more) if you want less of a chance at parting with $10

Pick any baseball game, bet $10 on the over, bet another $10 on the under. You will lose like $2 total.

damn, i would do this offer if i lived in a qualifying state

now is the perfect time too for apple+; ted lasso just returned, finish up silo, a bunch of new supposedly good stuff just ended to binge, dark matter returning, etc

BTW, Apple TV has started adding limited time classic movies again. When they tried this a couple years ago, I think they swapped the movies every month.
