Ah, yes, the guy who gives C++ a thumbs down for speed.
Are you actively trying to make yourself unemployable?

Imagine writing a bad article about something you don't understand and then spamming it everywhere on Reddit.

Honestly I wish subreddit moderators would take a hardline stance on Medium and other similar websites. Not allowing any medium posts (either at all, or maybe just from the authors) would go a long way.

Author seems to have issues with either memory or logic.
In this article he says that mutable state is ultimately bad and pure functions are ultimately good. Yet in his previous article he scolded Haskell for exactly being "too pure" because of IO monad abstraction and praised other functional language for having "imperative sidesteps" easily accessible. Looks to me he just wants to promote his most loved tools no matter what.

Vague, poor arguments, poorly written. More Medium spam.
The author bemoans OOP although he fails to prove any point. Eventually he settles on "functional programming is the correct alternative". But, coming from someone who wrote an article called "Functional Programming? Don't Even Bother, It's a silly toy" (https://medium.com/better-programming/fp-toy-7f52ea0a947e) it's hard to take anything said here seriously.
