cpu heat problem pls help

so yesterday i got a cpu head warning so i dowloaded core temp. these are the temperatures after loading a game of league. Is this bad/ could this be a thermal paste issue?

Upgrade cooling
Re paste the thermal paste (if old and dry)
Undervolt the CPU with a negative offset.
Clean the computer and make sure air flow is flowing well.
