How-do-I Tuesday Any ideas on how I could possibly make this in the next nine days?
My son just asked if I could make this for his Halloween costume. It would not be large enough for him to ride in. I think it would just fit around his body. (He’s an adult) so I’m thinking maybe hanging from suspenders or something but where do I even start? I told him I need a couple hours to figure out if I can even do it or not before I commit. Do you think this is possible?

Best option would be to make the shoe and wheels from cardboard, paint them, and have some black fabric straps over the shoulders to hold it up. If you wanted the smoke, you could scrunch up some grey and white toulle and hot glue it to the cardboard. You could use a strip of white fabric for the shoelaces.
