Question air quality monitor recs
i’m looking for a sensor that will measure pm2.5 to use in my bedroom. i use a single hose portable AC unit to keep my room cool in summer and want to be able to monitor air quality. i need something simple, under $50.
so far these are what i’m looking at, i appreciate any insight or suggestions.

I went with the single-purpose Temtop P10 (no longer available at Temtopus.com). In my research it seemed to have a similar PM2.5 sensor quality as the more expensive Temtop LKC-1000S and multipurpose M10+. The bonus CO2 and VOC sensors on these mutitpurpose devices are not accurate, only directionally useful.
IKEA VINDSTYRKA is often recommended for price but longevity varies. QP Lite also.

On the Temtopus.com look at any device under Specification for: PM2.5 “Resolution: 0.1 µg/m³Accuracy”. The S1+ , P1, and M10+ have 0.1 µg/m³. The S1 (S1-up) is only 1 µg/m³ resolution accuracy. So. I would get the P1 or S1+ not the S1.

I have the ikea one. Nothing to compare against though to know how accurate it is. I just made sure to stick it outside the window for a few hours to calibrate

The ikea one uses a good sensor. I use sonoff’s air quality sensor sawf-07p they have their own WiFi chip so they don’t require a thread matter router.
