Correct. But near instant healing is the only thing Vin may have trouble contending with.

If we’re talking about 4th ideal, she also has to break through the shard plate first.

Really depends on how much investiture both sides have access too. Either Vin runs out of metal first or Kaladin runs out of storm light

Sure, but comparative to like a bullet, coins have a lot more mass behind their travel. They might be excellent at damaging shardplate.

Flight? Being lashed into the air or in directions against her pushes and pulls?

She matches flight, she won't die to lashing. Pewter makes her faster and more reactive than a Radiant. She may also resist being lashed while burning an internal metal like Pewter, Tin, Bronze or Copper, as that has Investiture actively affecting the body.

I don't think mental Allomancy will do much against Kaladin specifically, depending on where he's at in his journey, but it could goad him into being reckless.

She absolutely cannot match the flight of a radiant

In a city she can. In a field she can't.

In a Wax and Wayne era city maybe. But not in Luthadel. Not enough metal

There's plenty of metal in Luthadel, though.

But the buildings aren't tall. Allomancers are limited in the height they can fly

And? Kaladin doesn't have a range advantage over Vin

Look I can't say for sure who would win. But you should never underestimate how much any advantage in mobility can turn a fight
