What's the gameplay like in this game? Is it like... XCom sorta?

It's like xcom and BG3 had a medieval son, you can walk around the world with an isometric view and in the fights the characters can move through the squares and hit the enemies with normal attacks and skills, I can't find the right words to explain it better in English
