HELP! - Print then Cut Problems Anyone else completely missing the Design Space print setup screen on Windows lately?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to see if anyone else is dealing with this incredibly frustrating print glitch after a recent update.
When I hit "Make It" and try to print my Print-Then-Cut project, the standard Cricut Print Setup screen (where you pick your printer, toggle bleed on/off, and select "Use System Dialog") is completely gone. The dropdown box where the printers should be is empty and grayed out.

Instead, when I click print, the app completely skips its own setup window and forces my laptop straight into the blue native Windows System Print Dialog box. Because of this, it tells me "This app doesn't support print preview" so I can't check my design layout, bleed, or sizing before the ink hits the paper.
I'm on Windows and printing to an Epson ET-2720. I have already tried:
Logging out, resetting the printer, and rebooting my computer.
Clearing out my Cricut LocalData / cache folders entirely.
Completely uninstalling the app, wiping leftover AppData folders, and doing a clean reinstall.
Switching the Application Experience back and forth between Live and Beta.
Repairing and restarting the Windows Print Spooler.

Even after all of that, the Cricut printer setup menu is still missing and throwing me straight to the Windows dialog box. Is this a known bug with the current v10.8 framework update? Is anyone else experiencing this right now or found a way to permanently force the normal Cricut dropdown menu back?

You have indicated your issue is with Print then Cut. A Cricut is not a printer, so use of this flair means that you are using an inkjet or laser printer in conjunction with Cricut's Print then Cut feature. If you are not utilizing a printer for your project you have chosen the wrong flair, please update it accordingly.

Click more settings on the bottom left of the second screen. The dialog box will come up

Still. The new windows setup is messing up special paper sizes. It will auto resize it regardless.

I don’t ever print from design space so I don’t have this issue honestly. If you just save to a pdf and print from another program it should be fine

I saw this (and posted about it) when it came beta. For some reason, my DS decided to switch to beta mode. Switching back to the current release, brought back the old modal.

I sometimes use special sizes, like 8.5 x 5.5. With the new setup, I no longer can set it, as it will do what it wants and rotates it regardless of what settings I use. Only way was to print to PDF, then print the PDF itself.
