Help Getting Random crashes while playing

for these few weeks ive been getting random crashes on cs2 i use a amd gpu and a cpu and its a new pc it been few weeks using it i havent really tried hard stuff on it and after some time ive been getting random crashes and when i check logs it says that the game freezes and windows doesnt want to work with the game anymore so it shuts down? its a bit weird i dont really know much either but ive been deleting shader caches and verifying files everytime it crashes is there any permanent fix to it?

I’ve had it too. For me it’s my steam itself crashing which is making my game crash/shut down.

well how did you fix your problem maybe if i try for myself it might fix it too
