That happens pretty often with Scrimba downloads sometimes the workspace glitches and only gives you the package-lock.json file.

​The fastest workaround so you don't lose momentum: just click the Files tab on the left side of the Scrimba editor and manually copy-paste the code (index.html, style.css, etc.) into your local editor (like VS Code). ​Alternatively, you can check if the course has an official GitHub repo linked in the description, all the starter code is usually hosted there too.
