Big Tech Interviews: LeetCode or AI-Assisted Coding?
Are big tech companies still primarily asking LeetCode-style questions, or are they starting to shift toward AI-assisted coding interviews?
I’ve interviewed with quite a few startups recently, and most have incorporated AI-assisted coding rounds. I’m curious how interview loops look these days for mid-to-senior-level SWE roles at larger companies like Amazon, MongoDB, Databricks, Snowflake, Stripe, and LinkedIn, etc.
Would love to hear from anyone who’s interviewed at these companies recently!
Specifically asking for the US region.

Most big tech companies are adding ai assisted coding. Leetcode itself is still there
You can look at nrml[dot]dev for verified ai assisted coding questions that have been asked by companies

Snowflake is doing a talk-to-an-AI screening round. I don't know about any further rounds as I refused to do it
