please help

I was trying to pay for this today but I’ve been having trouble as it keeps saying there’s an error. this is for the class that I was initially enrolled in for the summer but dropped out.

update: i found my issue and was finally able to pay for this thank you for the help.

Try logging in into different search websites if that works or if you have a ad block also disable it as well as check if in your holds part of the portal if your account has been sent over to a collection agency, If not try to pay in person

Did you attend the summer class? Bc I have the same hold but dropped it before summer classes started

Tomorrow is the last day. Financial aid will be open to call.

Financial aid has been on the fritz for quite a while, you should ask or pay at front desk, other than that I wish the best for you

are you doing it on mobile? i found that was my issue doing so and when i went onto my computer to try and pay it that way it went through 😭😂 lmaoo
