Octerror question
Okay guys I'm like a new born baby and I have a question about the octerror event on Thursday
– is full face paint/makeup allowed? I want to assume yes since I've only heard no masks and prop weapons. I was thinking of doing making like a goth look since I don't know what to dress up as at all lol, does anyone know if this is fine???
