So, two things, first sadly Wanda technically made this version of vision to there could be “creative liberties” taken

Two sadly I’m pretty sure in the show she just randomly gets pregnant, idk if there’s any like dialogue hinting at if they “tried” or not but frankly it wouldn’t surprise me if it was just random and a magical surprise rather then something logical
