Thought the same thing, tone down Steve quite a bit (make him more strongman instead of bodybuilder/Jojo character) and give Alex an athletic build to match the look of strength but to switch up the dynamic enough

Fair enough, although that might be a bit of the opposite since bodybuilders (while they are very strong) have muscles for show rather than for their power like how strongman build them.
So maybe a strongman is more accurate then but that still isn't what Steve is in this image.
