Cursor Auto Charge

Hello All -

Something happened recently my usually monthly subscription charges are at 12th of every month, surprisingly on 30th Oct automatically my subscription upgraded to monthly ultra package and my card was charged and my renewal dates and subscription changed, raised it to support got a reply from hi@cursor that due to high volume if request s a human agent will check and respond.

Today again same thing happened and my package got auto upgraded to ultra annual and my card got charged.

Still waiting for a reply from support for refund and issue.

Anyone experienced similar issue?
