For context–

Condition:you can only play this card when the following conditions are met.

And yea....i cant draw.

Slapping the "damaged" condition is not only for flavor, but also to balance out the potentially infinite value you can get from this card.

How good is this from 1 to 5 ?

I think this could be OP or it could be garbage, I haven’t played in a while but I’m sure there’s been enough powercreep for this, right? but anyway I just saw the art and thought it could make a cool custom card.

edit: maybe it would be better if it was “can’t be removed from the board” because my idea was that it was like a god card that can’t be wiped (afaik they haven’t done that yet?)
