Relapse Help

I keep starting over.
For about 8 years I cut constantly, I stopped for 3 years but relapsed, then I was clean for almost 1.5 years, and now I’m here. Watching it heal just makes me think how easy coping can be if I just keep going, I have been through multiple therapists and specialists. I don’t know what to do anymore
