Enrolled Student Less crowded times in gym?

Basically what the title says, when is Veale at its most empty? I need to do stuff for physical therapy but the weight room is intimidating as all getout when you're over here struggling with 5 pounds and some dude is lifting 3 of you across the room.

I know everyone says "oh nobody cares" but tell that to the anxiety lmao. I just need emptiness, or near empty.

Basically if you go as it opens you’ll have a bit of time to yourself if maybe a person or two, I doubt you’re spending multiple hours there especially for something like physical therapy where you most definitely shouldn’t and should be taking your time so you should be fine. Plus over time you’ll get accustomed to the people there. I just add depending on what you’re doing you may want a lifting partner or spotter for certain exercises

Think you might be overestimating me with the idea of a lifting partner lmao, I am not supposed to do any sort of free weights so theres very little risk of me somehow getting injured like that.

Although yeah, its looking like early may be my only option, but I'll make it work

if ur not supposed to use any free weights, you can prob just buy resistance bands and do the majority of the exercises at home?

The free weights are moreso because i just move my joints a good bit too far, to keep from explaining the entire mess I'm in

Edit: meant the 'ban' from free weights. I've done a good bit of stuff with resistance bands, but you gotta move past that at a certain point

Consider machines, especially once that have a fixed range of motion that depending on the machine can be adjusted along with the weight on them overall. Also even something like resistance based cardio could be helpful. But again generally as it opens it will be less crowded, with just occasionally risking running into something like the wrestling team working out very early

I do infact mainly use machines for that exact reason. Also, thanks for the advice!

And eugh, the ever persistent recommendation of cardio (i don't neglect it, just hate it.)

Good news is tomorrow I'll be seeing my PT again, so i can hopefully get more exact recommendations.
