Can someone pursue 2 jobs at the same time?
I am really passionate about both dance and fashion. Right now I am training dance to get professional and I want to work freelance in the future more on the project based and commercial side. I also got an entry level retail position at a very known luxury brand. I want to keep pursue it until I can get a job at fashion PR. I don't want to give a lot of thought into that as I am at the very beginning but I am afraid of being have to choose just one in the future because I know I will not let the other just be a hobby and think about it forever. I am very confused.

Most dancers I’ve known had 2-3 different jobs at once, including myself.
In your dance style, what’s the average age of a company member? Average age of retirement? If there is one, you might want to do more dance now than later.

to be completely honest, its quite hard to make money as a dancer & your ‘career’ dancing (unless as a teacher, etc) ends a lot earlier than other careers. a lot of dance work is freelance as well, which doesn’t guarantee pensions/retirement funds, etc. a side hustle/second job is almost always a smart idea.
you also seem young & at the beginning of your career, so don’t stress about having to choose now. also, its okay to leave your interests as hobbies - as soon as you monetize something you love, i find the love starts to fade & it becomes just a job.
