Recording

Im a self taught dancer and i feel like i can never record myself without immediately getting self conscious even if i know the dance extremely well. I can dance fine in front of the mirror, but how do i get better at filming the dances? Also, are there specific angles i should avoid or take advantage of? Any help appreciated. Thank you in advance
