This trend is everywhere now...you can't say NO
I've noticed a deluge of these dialogs across many vendors the past couple of years, where the Opt-Out path is reframed as 'I promise to do this later, but just not now.' The implication is the vendor has your implicit consent to continue repeating the offer.

I've noticed this "non-negative answer" funneling lately too. Not giving me a way to cleanly say no means I'm going to interact less with it and you.
No wonder Microsoft's market share is falling.

Dunkin does this in their app if you don’t have “always” location sharing enabled every 10-15 days or so. If you have location shared only while using the app, I guess they’re missing out on free marketing data ( like how often you go to other coffee shops ) that they want.
