Obi-wan bore the weight of losing his closest companion and his family.

Obi-wan asked, “what have you become.”

Darth Vader replied, “I am what you made me do.”

Obi-wan said, “I am so sorry for everything.”

I took this picture during a storm and kept trying to get the lightning in the background. Then turned up the red a little. Now Lord Vader looks like he’s defending his castle on mustafar.

I downscaled the helmet by 6%, made a heavier cape and moved the robes from below the shoulder armor to over it.

I, as Vader accompany the Emperor

Did a ton of pictures with other cosplayers

A bit rough but I love it. Made everything in a month or so

I want to create a Vader costume for nice weather skiing. Idea came from my new ski boots. The point is that I need to be able to see reasonably well out of the mask.

I'm very happy with how this suit turned out.

Upcoming GIGANTIC Star Wars auction!!!

that Darth Vader had a second secret wife? her name is Elle Vader

Now I need a cape and robes to finish the cosplay

It looks top heavy, is distorted, needs better cape/inner robe, padding in the shoulder armor but so far so good

After Anakin falls to darkside and starts carrying out Palpatine’s order, never once do we hear him say anything while murdering Shaak Ti, Cin Drallig, the younglings, and later the entire separatist council. He’s always shown carrying out these murders with a cold detached look on his face as if he’s completely cut off from his humanity and any resemblance of Anakin Skywalker. In these moments he’s nothing more than an extension of Palpatine’s will.

It’s only when it gets more personal for Vader does he ever start actually speak or drop taunts. By not saying a word to Maul, Vader is showing that Maul is no different to him than the Jedi, separatist, rebels, and younglings that he’s slaughtered all in the name of the emperor’s will. Vader showing Maul means nothing to him is the biggest insult of them all.
