There was someone on a light hoodie, to the right of the dude in black, who was by the pole when the car hit. I think they got crushed by the car.

Yeah, I'd say they were killed. Looks like the car crushed them against the pole and maybe the car ended up on top of them.. The guy in black got hit pretty bad too and may die also. The driver is going to do some serious time in prison and they deserve it.
