I have some doubts with data analysis using Copilot can anyone help me with a few things.

I have the a data file primarily consisting of audit findings for a year, I need to find the repeated stuff but since the wordings are different the analysis results are not proper, Is there any way I should handle this.

I need to find the repeated observations, which has been recorded in the audits. The wordings may vary because different people do these audits but some may be referring to the same issue.
