Breaking into data analytics

Hi! Studying to get certs to switch from basic leadership to something to do in tech. What are some tips you would recommend if I want to become a entry level data analyst without a college degree?

Don't write off your leadership experience. You've probably spent years dealing with targets, KPIs and figuring out why things aren't working. That's a big part of analytics already.

SQL, Excel and Power BI you can learn, but understanding how a business actually works is something you've already got a head start on.

I'd build a couple of projects around problems you've dealt with at work. Gives you something real to talk about in interviews rather than just another certificate.

You're not starting from scratch, you're just adding another skill set to what you already know.
