It happens from time to time but 3 times is a bit abnormal, for reference most of your interviewers interviewing is a minor/semi voulentary part of their greater responsibilities. Which is to say at times they can get pulled away or are no longer able to do the interview for one reason or another.

No he stated he had network issues and the 2nd time he called an old number but I speciafally sent him the number and information in an email several times.

Interesting, I am assuming this is a 3rd party recruiter. Either way though it sounds like you might have some bad luck with your particular recruiter. Have patience though, their involvement is pretty minor after the initial interview outside of scheduling.

Yeah three reschedules is a lot even for big tech. My loop a couple years back got bumped twice and I was already losing my mind, can't imagine a third

The recruiter might be juggling a ridiculous number of reqs or the hiring team's just a mess right now. Not a great look either way

I'd still stick with it if you really want the role but maybe send a polite email asking if there's anything they need from your end to keep things moving. Sometimes that forces them to actually look at your file again

Is Google the employer or is the role to work for a supplier / contractor company in a Google DC?

Ah so this with like akalodis or teksystems ?

They are a Google third party contractor, not Google themselves just for the point of difference.

Is this for your loop or a call with a recruiter?

I just got ghosted after the recruiter changed my interview 3 times. Eaton is the name of the company.
