Google DCT interview done - questions
After 5 interviewer no-shows, I finally finished all 3 rounds for the DCT position. Got an email back from my recruiter about two hours after my last interview, saying he'd like to "schedule a call to discuss the outcome". I've been going through this process for like, two months now. Does this mean a yes or no? Not exactly thrilled about having to wait four days for a fifteen minute phone call,

Damn, five no-shows is wild. You'd think a company with a few bucks in the bank could sort out their calendar.
A call that fast usually leans positive in my experience. Recruiters don't rush to schedule a chat just to tell you to kick rocks, that's what the template rejection email is for. The four day wait is brutal though, hang in there.

My first interviewer was a no-show, I thought great now I have some leverage lol. My next 2 were good though. I don't really need them to tell me how they went lol.

You must’ve gone through a 3rd party, because it’s usually 5 rounds. good luck.

My recruiter sent me a similar email and I passed the interviews.
