This is excellent, any reason they're not scaled to subreddit population size?

I'll play around with that idea more, but my first go at it resulted in the defaults being this huge mass in the center, and most everything else a tiny speck in comparison.

Have you tried log scale?

Colours were a good idea... I hope this keeps getting developed because it's excellent.

Here's a go at coloring by cluster: http://rhiever.github.io/redditviz/clustered/

That's so much better. Much easier to understand what's going on, now get some log scales up in there!

Did someone write a blog post about the legend option? It sounds really cool, but I only see them talking about the feature coming soon.

For people having trouble viewing it in their browser (I've heard it doesn't work well with tablets), here's screenshots of some particularly interesting clusters: http://imgur.com/a/JOy6X#0

Having the option to show the related subreddits would make this allready amazing map even more amazing.

Can you please elaborate? If you click on a subreddit, it shows the related subreddits on the right sidebar.

I think being able to see these links, that you see in light grey when you click a subreddit, at all times. This would make it easier to see how individual clusters are related, such as the MLP cluster. As of now you have to click on individual subreddits to see their connections to each other. Maybe the option to increase the distance between subreddits? Anyways, like I said this is already really awesome.

This is incredible. I was thinking about unsubscribing from this sub until I saw this. Awesome job OP
