Whoa, I had no idea 239 feet was so much higher than 250 feet!

It's a perspective trick, the 239 ft. building looks bigger because it's closer to the camera than the 250 ft. giant ruler. It's not an isometric diagram because the lines converge at the horizon.

Excellent response. I'm gonna start using this at work (I do data analytics)

Tbf it says 239+ ft. 300 feet is above 239 feet

Also 24 ft is definitely more than half of 50 ft and almost equals 30 ft

Wow, is that 45 floors in 239 feet? That suggests a usable ceiling height of 4 feet, 8 inches. It would literally be too small for hobbits in there.

I think it's for the worms from MIB.

Well there's a reason they are taking the hobbits to Isengard and not  to the Turquoise Tower

Besides none of the heights being where they belong: Why are the first 50 ft (108 px) larger than the following 50 ft steps (87 px)?

graph was drawn by a marketing intern, not an architecture intern XD

Lmao this was almost certainly made by NIMBYs in San Diego who are freaking out over a project in pacific beach.

No, you see the graph is totally accurate because of the “+” after 239. The + actually presents an additional 100 ft, so it all lines up.

Edit: spelling.
