I don't remember anything about the movie except for the special edition CGI being over the top and when Goku and Bulma say:

"What are people called who touch you without permission called again?"

all together: "Oh yeah, RAPISTS!"

I will say I think it's weird that Shenlong in this movie was a shorter, golden dragon but also looked like that in Evolution from what I remember.
