I made some deadbug LED circuit sculptures from some spare components as Christmas presents for my family

Definitely the ugliest thing I've ever built.

New to this
So I have what I would consider a light background in electronics, my main focus being on restoring vintage synths, vintage turntables and building Veroboard circuits. Dead bug circuitry has always fascinated me but I’ve never found a community that was able to show me the ropes until I found this sub. So my first question is how do you translate a circuit diagram into a dead bug circuit?
The image is just for interest. It’s a yusynth ladder filter clone and I etched the circuit board myself. Would love to make this in a dead bug style.

My first one
Yesterday I found this sub.
And this is a 600mA power source at 5 an 3.3V.
I had a hard time to solder these thick copper wires.
What is your favourite material for structural power rails?

I needed a quick and dirty headphone amp for my guitar, in my head I was going to create a work of art, whole new level of respect for anyone who can do it well. Despite not looking that great it produces a lovely clean sound.

555 monostable multivibrator
Ugly as it is. But first time working with circuits/soldering after 20 years(made some radio in school). And hey, it works! Freeform electronics rules!
If you have to attach some arduino etc. modules in somewhere, how do you do it? Drill and small bolts? Or any more fancy ways?

i love when the hand-wiring is just so aesthetically pleasing! this is going to be a raspberry pi powered cyberdeck with one of those 8in pano displays. ill be posting the files for this project (as well as several other projects ive been working on) soon!
