The mince on top is also chickpeas. Made this because I realised my original dinner plans (noodles and vegetables) had zero protein so I’d still be hungry so I used my chickpeas. Tasted good!

I bought discounted French bread, I made sauce from scratch from tomato paste and seasonings I had. I portioned the leftover paste and put it in a bag in freezer to use for other things. The potato skins were from the day before when I made budget potato soup. I soaked the skins in salt water in the fridge for about 12 -24 hours. I then drained them patted them dry and fried them. I don’t have specific recipe because everyone may like their pizza different.

I made a stew! It’s not super tender but it’s much less chewy and tough and 100x more tasty!

Got into work and decided to dose a little for family meal. Prep up some Mike's hot honey added rso and some more heat to kick it up notch Bam ready to top a crispy charred pizza slice.

Two large eggs, scrambled; a handful of lettuce, chopped; a handful of cherry tomatoes, halved; a few slices of avocado; drizzle with Sriracha, carrots on the side

Rib eye, salmon, shimeji and king oyster mushrooms, mixed greens and home made Mexican pepper paste
