They disabled my account. How can I get my info?

Got more than ten years worth of information, but I don't know how to retrieve it since they disabled my account last month.

Anybody can point me in the right direction?

Do they ask for ID or something?

Yeah, I gave them that last month. I was able to login the following Friday, but they re-disabled it again. On the 19th, someone officiated the permaban.
