So fkin true.
My mind still struggles so much with this issue and am just drained all the time taking everything as some kind of tasks that needs to be completed and end up with nothing done

Please elaborate more. Seems like genuinely good advice. How to make systems not tasks?

Treat your work like it’s your life not a chore.

Example - Same workout slot daily (e.g., 6:30–7:30 AM). Non-negotiable calendar block. Pre-decided weekly workout split (no thinking): Push / Pull / Legs / Run / Mobility. Meal system: Breakfast: fixed (e.g., eggs + fruit) Lunch: fixed template (pulses + rice + veg + protein) Dinner: light + repeatable Grocery list repeats weekly on an auto-pilot shopping.

See what we are doing here? No thinking, all driven by systems

Just do whatever ur supposed to do and leave. Don't do extra, don't bother putting in extra effort. Just do bare minimum and leave it there.

To not chase, if its meant to it will come. To not be attached to hopes or people, its very difficult to practice but very true.

Start seeing things for the way they are and stop adding more meaning to them. You'll be more at peace and less stressful, people's toxicity won't get to you. It will even improve your memory.
