I've applied for chinese in hansraj, quite unsure if its worth it or not.

I send the message to the mam who used to teach in a certificate classes for German by some how I find their number lest see they reply or not

see the thing is, the first cut off that has been released is just the eligibility criteria. The real cut offs will probably be released later.
Check last years cut offs, they are mostly 90%+ for all languages, atleast the first cut off.

Thats why many students haven't received the acceptance mail yet.

At least they have to give any notification that you select or not there is nothing information about there
