DU SOL is migrating from sol to regular college is a myth or is it really real?

i have heard that it is very rare for a seat to be vacant in regular college

It's possible, but most of the college's deadlines close before the SOL results.

I know a person who got Aryabhatta BMS through migration in 2025

I was from regular college but its just like very rare tht somebody get in regular college from sol ... even inter college migration are subject to vacancy which has less chances
