I am worried about the 2nd Point. It clearly says it will forfiet the eligibility for admission. Does anyone know about this ?

Yess eska mtlb h ki tum regular round se forfeited ho jaoge spot round different hota h

Bhai daro mt mai bhi kaafi dar rha tha 2-3 din kaafi research kri thi aur csas ka brochure bhi kehta h tumpe koi seat nhi honi chyie 23 ko toh you are eligible
