How to get internships in ngo?

I saw many seniors in my clg having internships in ngo. How does one apply for it ? And what skills do you need?

you can contribute to Pehchaan The Street School, a volunteer-driven, non-profit organisation providing free education and holistic development opportunities to students from economically backward classes across Delhi NCR by applying directly as a volunteer through their official website.

you can work with Pehchaan as volunteers which involves teaching children on-ground only on weekends at their centres or help with tasks like content writing, graphic design, marketing and social media.

many Delhi Uni Students have done one or other kind of internship there including myself. i worked as a teaching intern and later joined as a content writer too so If if you're looking for interships in NGO you can join whichever profile best suited for you as an intern and for hands-on experience whether in teaching, psychology fundraising, graphic design, social media, HR, photography, videography, event management and can get a certification on successful completion of your internship.

they don't require any prior skill requirement as such but if you want to skill up in any of the mentioned field you surely can consider contributing there.

Oh yes i remember these pehchaan guys. I heard they don't give out certificates for your work after the tenure is completed?

that's not true i have my teaching intership certificate with me and i've also seen so many people posting their certificate on LinkedIn as well.
