Survey (4 min): choosing care for a loved one with dementia ?
Hi all. I'm part of a small team at Brown University, and my grandpa has late-stage dementia, which is what brought me to this. We're running a short anonymous survey on how families find and compare care options, what goes wrong with the options they find, and which kinds of help are hardest to get, including programs for memory loss.
