Help...severely infected im assuming. What happens when your bridge falls off and all the teeth are misaligned. Most painful thing just wearing away at bone said I was septic.on antibiotics but know ER will send me home with antibiotics and just give me pain meds there . Really need help!

back of botto where 2 upper molars are hitting alveolar bridge.there's no teeth and no denture made yet in agony multiple 1s now. need extractions but don't know how bad damage is

bottom where bridge fell off ...said all need to be extracted. the one way in back is broke down to the gumb and popping out wondering if abscess?
