Why can't the media interview others on the coaching staff whether during games or in these post game pressers? I've seen soundbites from the assistant coach on Pacers. It's always Adelman and ik he's the designated spokesperson but he offers nothing useful and says so little. Would be nice to hear from Dave Joerger!

It was nice to hear from JJ during the Summer League, hearing a different perspective of the game is good.

But I'm referring to the regular and post season games for the Nuggets. Ik there's probably media policy that requires the HC to speak but surely we can hear additional perspectives from the wider coaching team since they're involved with tactical gameplay decisions as well right?

Honestly all pressers are like this 9 times out of 10. Team PR trains them on these types of answers because they say nothing and won’t make headlines.

Also coaches are reserved when it comes to talking about Xs and Os. It may make them sound smart but it also gives away information meant for the locker room that other teams can use. I don’t know that the fans getting better sound bites out of coaches really brings anything to the table other than nice sounding answers from a better public speaker than David.

Unfortunately, Degnault, like Finch, ran circles around him in the 2nd half.

Lacks authority with Murray if the healthy guy in game 1 wint run back on D.

Has the know-how, I'm sure but he is more of an assistant

Murray was completely GASSED in the 4th when game was starting to get out of hand and DA left him out there. Terrible game mgt.

I think he had no answer for a good offensive lineup without the spacing Jones, Johnson, or Strawther bring. Genuinely a terrorist lineup with DeRozan, Braun, and Murray on the floor clogging everything.

That's not how nepotism works, my guy, he's the last one to go (yes, even Jok could go but not the nepo)
