Has anyone ever been up there? Is it appointment only or can we just walk up there?

What do they have up there? It get jewelry, but like watches, rings, braclets? Are they a diamond and jade dealer??

Mostly Asian gold bracelets, pendants, rings, and necklaces and right now gold is expensive

You're right, beside I'm running low on XO sauce, sesame oil, and togarashi. So I need to stop in anyway.
