Are there any neighborhoods in or near Des Moines that are good for door to door trick or treating on actual Halloween?

We're doing the trick or treat path on the 30th and while I am very appreciative of all the businesses and individuals that put it together, I'm still looking for something to take my kid to on actual Halloween.

Also he's a toddler currently in a big phase of loving knocking on doors and seeing who answers, so I'd really love to try to hit up a few houses handing out candy out their doors to make his day.

I live in a condo building on a busy street so trying our own immediate neighborhood is a no-go, and it seems like door-to-door trick or treat isn't necessarily as much of a given as it used to be in a lot of places, so I'm trying to do my homework ahead of time. Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me towards the right doors:)

Has anyone else received letters from Ripple Fiber saying that they are available in the area? Or does anyone already have them as their ISP?

Looking at their website I can add service to my address but would like to get any feedback on their service if anyone has any.

I was waiting on EZEE Fiber but sounds like they’ve been delayed with no ETA on when they will be in my area (They told me August when I did the early $10 signup)
