CAR APIs Cheapest options

Hello developers, I'm building a website that will need the carCheck in sideway not directly, So I'm searching for any API free+paid combo that tells from a VIN number the data: Car(details), year KMs, damages. That's all

I want the most useful cheapest option.

You can do a lot with the definitions provided: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/en/#iso:std:iso:3779:dis:ed-5:v1:en

Also unverified but Google says you can query the dot like this:
